We value our guests and strive to create an environment where you can truly decompress and relax. In order for us to serve you in the best possible way we ask that you adhere to our community policies.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED? 

All major credit cards and cash are accepted. We do require a credit card when scheduling and all appointments require a nonrefundable deposit in order to secure your appointment. This guarantees that our clients value our time together.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Life happens and we understand. While we always will do our best to accommodate our guests, we ask that you make every attempt to be on time because your services are scheduled especially for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the ability to reschedule or shorten the duration of your service in consideration of the next guest ensuring our next client's services remain at their scheduled time. If you happen to run late, please call us immediately so we can advise your options. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment due to impact on a following service and you will be charged 50% of your service price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At SKIN + Beauty Haus we hold your appointments especially for you. We recognize the value of our guests’ time, as well as our practitioners, and have implemented our cancellation policy for this reason. We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 48-hour cancellation notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All appointments cancelled less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service cost. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled cost.
Please note: If you perform a no show, (no call, no show) we reserve the right to charge your card %100 of the service price. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the service price should you miss your visit without proper notification.

CHILDREN/ OTHER GUESTS

We love children, however, due to the nature of our business and to maintain our safe space, we are unable to provide services to guests who bring their babies and children to the spa. Cancellation policy will apply.
For liability and safety reasons we also respectfully ask that you do not bring other guests who are not receiving a treatment to your visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

MEMBERSHIPS- FEES

When joining our membership you pay a signup fee of $15 in addition to your first month's payment. After that, we will automatically charge your credit card each month on the day of the purchase of membership. You can book an appointment at your convenience by scheduling online.
*Please note: Monthly credits toward services do not roll over to the next month, we suggest that you book out your appointments in advance or when you are checking out after your service.

 MEMBERSHIPS - SERVICE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

Your time is precious here at SKIN + Beauty Haus! We hold on to your appointment time just for you and ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you please provide us with 48 hours’ notice. Giving us that 48 hour buffer is much appreciated as it allows our estheticians to adjust their schedules and hopefully accommodate clients on our waitlist. For late cancellations / changes or no shows, you will lose your facial/ treatment for that month. Thank you for understanding!

MEMBERSHIPS - CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

We want to make things easy for you so we allow you to cancel any time after the initial three month period. We just require a 30 day notice in advance of your billing cycle (for example 30 days prior to your billing date to stop draft payment. Please note: Memberships are non-transferable/ refundable to clients, other people or other services.

MEMBERSHIPS - MINIMUM JOIN PERIOD

Memberships come with a 3-month minimum join period so you can see and feel the change of routine professional skincare. after that, you’re month-to-month.

PREPARING FOR A SPECIAL EVENT?

We do advise to schedule appointments at least 48 – 72 hours before any special event where appearance is a factor. Clinical treatments with extractions may cause redness and/or sensitivity.
