We are Richmond's first multi-cultural skincare spa specializing in caring for diverse skin tones. At SKIN + Beauty Haus, our core belief is skincare + wellness are not vanity but necessary healthcare. We are looking for independent, highly motivated skincare and wellness professionals with a sincere passion for providing excellent skincare + wellness services that both restore and rejuvenate our group of diverse clients.
Our environment is not like a traditional spa because our goal is to create a judgement free space where clients can relax and receive not only great services, but intentional and customized treatments along with education that benefits overall wellness.
Your role will be pivotal in both bringing our modern wellness culture to life while maintaining our company high standard of excellence. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for skincare and wellness, and an interest in a deeper knowledge of the physiology of the skin and lymphatic system along with a holistic approach to skincare!
- Has experience caring for and treating ethnic skin tones, types and textures effectively and safely.
- Is a team player: at SKIN + Beauty Haus we value collaboration and prioritize communication between our staff and clients.
- Takes customer care and service very seriously.
- Has the ability to multi-task and has excellent organization skills.
