Sizing

All t-shirts are relaxed fit, which means they can run larger. Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size chart prior to purchase.

Please check size before placing order as NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed- includes size and/or color changes.

All items are custom made, NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

Shipping

Orders may take 3-7 business days to process, package, and ship. All items are custom made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number.

COVID-19 SHIPPING: Due to the current pandemic, shipping is  extremely delayed and shipping may take several additional business days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Returns

Effective January 1, 2021: Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, all items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. Thank you for your understanding! 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I understand due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC there may be shipping delays with USPS beyond The Iconic Girls control.

I understand ShesInspiredBy cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once the package(s) is with USPS.

I understand once an item is in transit there is no action ShesInspiredBy can take to expedite the delivery process.

I understand that any delivery issues ( I.E received notification of package delivery but did not receive/see package) should be taken directly to their local post office as ShesInspiredBy  does not manage USPS deliveries or have control over package deliveries once shipped. 

ShesInspiredBy is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS.
